Return & Exchange Guidelines

1. Return Request Timeline

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Proof of Purchase

  • You must provide your Order ID or Invoice for any return or exchange.

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • The cost and responsibility of sending back the item is on the customer.

4. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Free of stains, perfume, or makeup marks

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

If we find any undisclosed damage or signs of use, the return/exchange will be rejected.

5. Post-Use Complaints

  • If an item develops a defect after use, complaints must be made within 30–45 days of receiving the order.

  • No claims will be processed after this time period.

6. Return/Exchange Form

  • Customers must fill out a simple Return/Exchange Form.
    (Request the form via WhatsApp.)

7. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Refunds are not issued in cash.

  • Refunds are issued only via Bank Transfer.

8. Custom Orders

  • Custom or altered clothing cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect from our side.
