Return & Exchange Guidelines
✔ 1. Return Request Timeline

Requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
✔ 2. Proof of Purchase

You must provide your Order ID or Invoice for any return or exchange.
✔ 3. Return Shipping Cost

The cost and responsibility of sending back the item is on the customer.
✔ 4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be:

Unwashed

Undamaged

Free of stains, perfume, or makeup marks

In original packaging with all tags attached
If we find any undisclosed damage or signs of use, the return/exchange will be rejected.

If an item develops a defect after use, complaints must be made within 30–45 days of receiving the order.

No claims will be processed after this time period.
