Q1: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We ship only within Pakistan. Delivery times:

  • Lahore: 1–2 working days

  • Punjab: 2–3 working days

  • Sindh & KPK: 3–5 working days

  • Balochistan & remote areas: 4–7 working days

Q2: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Yes! We offer a 10-day hassle-free Returns & Exchange Policy for all clothing items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 320 7859457 to start the process.

Q3: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. All COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. Orders not confirmed within 24–48 hours may be cancelled.

Q4: Can I order custom designs?
A: Currently, we only offer our ready-made collections. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing fault.

Q5: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp to follow your parcel.

Q6: Do the colors match exactly as shown online?
A: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric dyeing. This is normal and not considered a defect.
