To ensure smooth and secure transactions, our Cash on Delivery (COD) policy is as follows:

1. Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp.

  • Orders not confirmed within 24–48 hours may be cancelled.

2. Accurate Information Required

Customers must provide:

  • Full name

  • Active phone number

  • Complete address

  • Area and city

Incorrect details may result in cancellation.

3. Refusing a Parcel

If a customer refuses to receive the parcel without a valid reason, we may:

  • Restrict future COD orders

  • Block the customer from placing new orders

4. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make 2–3 attempts to deliver. Customers must keep their phone available for calls.

5. Repeat Cancellations

Customers with repeated false orders may be blacklisted.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees must be paid upon delivery along with the product price.
